Röstigraben 2026

The Röstigraben project, launched by the breweries Brasserie Dr. Gab’s and Dr. Brauwolf, aims to build bridges between Switzerland’s different language regions and promote exchange among Swiss breweries. Each year, the focus is on a typically Swiss ingredient as well as collaboration with a third brewery. This year, the Vaud-based brewery Qrew is on board, and the beer was brewed with “Raisinnée” (pear/apple honey). The result is a juicy Hazy IPA with fruity components and a clearly noticeable hoppy note.
